Blood type Diet?

About a year ago I first heard about the ' Blood type diet', I gave it a try just for a few weeks and discovered myself feeling really good!
To be honest I did find it quite hard though. It is quite overwhelming if the diet is done wrong and too fast. Personally I got a little lazy after a few weeks because I was overwhelmed with the things to eat and not eat.

I have discovered a better way recently to go about this diet. Recently I took my friend who wanted to start the diet to a health store and wholefood market to help her look for good organic foods she can eat ,and just some healthier alternatives for her.

The best way is to do proper research on your blood type first. Below you will find just a few foods that highly benefit each blood type.

These are all the " high benefit" foods for each blood type, I recommend not being too strict with yourself and just slowly easing into a blood type diet. Eat more highly beneficial foods than any other foods, its all about balance :)

Enjoy!
